Gene is well-suited for this conversation since he entered the Seminary as a dad to two wonderful daughters and a grandfather to two beautiful grandchildren. Fr. Gene experienced a latent faith practice, a divorce and an annulment, and then had a strong return to the faith and moved forward to be ordained a permanent deacon.
